Daniel discusses comprehensive physical health difficulties, training goals, and work-out structures, and develops effective individualized training plans with the client and provider for optimal health and functioning for women, men, adolescents, and children.

Daniel meets with you at your home and brings all the necessary equipment for a full-body 60 minute workout. He also discusses your physical training and the impact of exercise on a wide variety of bodily disorders and symptoms.
