Lauren is a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. Lauren also incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Family Therapy, and Parenting support in her work.

Lauren has over 10 years of experience working in various settings including inpatient psychiatric units, intensive outpatient programs, day treatment programs, school based programs and community clinics. She has worked with diverse populations, but has primarily focused her work with children, adolescents and families.
