Natalie is a multi-media artist, marriage and family therapist, and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, who brings her love of the arts and authentic connection to her work supporting individuals, families and groups.  With over 10 years of experience, Natalie has worked in both private and organizational settings, supporting people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, life transitions, chronic pain, terminal illness, adoption, ADHD, spectrum difficulties, and grief and loss.

With the gentle foundation of a caring and trusting therapeutic relationship, Natalie supports her clients to connect to their innate creativity through drawing, painting, sculpting, collaging, moving, singing, and writing. Any level of art experience is welcome, as Natalie gently guides you through the creative process for personal reflection, self expression, coping, self-care, and healing.

Natalie works closely and collaboratively with your providers and the Aspiring Families team to provide you with comprehensive and integrative interventions.

Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a post graduate professional diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy.
